功能特點(diǎn)Functional characteristics
1、 內設堵錫、卡錫、無(wú)錫線(xiàn)檢測功能。It is equipped with tin plug, tin stuck and tin line detection function.
2、 掃描 PCB 板電腦上形成同比例 2D 圖片和坐標。Scan the PCB board computer to form the same proportion 2D picture and coordinates.
3、 編程時(shí)直接點(diǎn)擊焊盤(pán)圖像，焊槍自動(dòng)跑到焊盤(pán)上方。Click on the pad image directly during programming, and the torch will automatically run over the pad.
4、 焊接前CCD掃描焊點(diǎn)坐標，通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)改動(dòng)坐標判斷焊點(diǎn)準確位置。Before welding, the CCD scans the welding spot coordinates, and determines the exact position of the welding spot by changing the coordinates in real time
5、 根據產(chǎn)品需要，焊接完成時(shí)可以判斷焊接品質(zhì)，可以對檢測虛焊、假焊、空焊識別。According to the needs of the product, the quality of the welding can be judged when the welding is completed, and the identification of the rosin joint, tack weld, and empty weld can be detected.
